Payment Options for Online Purchases (Add to Cart)

For purchases made directly via our website (via Add to Cart) the following payment methods are available:

Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted for online card payments. American Express is currently not available for online payments. All online credit card payments are processed securely via eWay and are subject to approval.

PayPal: PayPal payment is accepted for online payments. Please select this option at checkout and follow instructions to log in and complete the payment using your PayPal account.

Zip Pay:  *Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we’ll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit check. Other charged may be payable. T&Cs apply.

Zip Money: *T&Cs, and credit approval apply. A monthly account fee of $9.95 will apply. A one-off establishment fee may apply for new customers. Other charges may be payable, see T&Cs. Direct Deposit: Direct bank deposit is accepted for online payments. Our bank deposit details will be provided on checkout and are also displayed below. Please use your Order Number as the description when making payment.

Note: Direct Deposit payments may take up to 2 business days to clear - your goods will be shipped after payment has cleared into our account. Direct deposits made by cheque will be subject to clearance before the goods are despatched which may take up to 5 business days. If you require faster dispatch please contact us to arrange another payment method.

Payment options for other purchases

In Store Payment: We accept cash and credit cards for in store purchases including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cheques: Cheques are accepted but must be fully cleared into our bank account before goods can be purchased and / or shipped. This is subject to bank clearing timeframes and typically takes around five working days.

PayPal: Instant online payment is available via PayPal. Please confirm your order with a member of our team who will send you a payment request from our merchant account [email protected] via PayPal to facilitate your payment. Please contact us to confirm your payment has been completed to prevent any delays in shipping your order.

Direct Deposit: Direct deposit is accepted for payment. Please use your invoice number or name as a reference.
