SERVICES - COMPUTER SUPPORT
We pride ourselves in the knowledge of our products. Our staff are trained to assist
you with your valued purchases and to answer any technical questions.
Limited computer support is available at our discretion for customers who have purchased
Computer Hardware or Software from TMC. This is because most problems can only be
solved in a hands-on situation. If we are unable to take your call immediately we
would be happy to respond to your email or phone message as soon as is possible.
Thankyou for your understanding - we are probably the busiest music store in Australia!

TURRAMURRA MUSIC HI TECH AFTER SALES SUPPORT
1. Customers must provide proof of purchase with either invoice or docket number
before proceeding.
2. Customers are encouraged to send an email with as much details relating to the
problem as possible. Either to the staff member they purchased the goods from (name@turramusic.com.au).
Or directly to support@turramusic.com.au.
3. Customer service is provided on weekdays from 12.00pm to 6.00pm. Ask for computer support.

4. Computer problems often cannot be resolved verbally. More often, it requires hands
on service to get to the source of the problem.
