We can arrange repairs and servicing for most musical equipment.
Turramurra Music will arrange for all warranty repair work on all products purchased from our store. Please ask for our repair dept to arrange any warranty repairs. Products must be within the manufacturers’ warranty period (12 months on most instruments). We require a copy of your original sales receipt or invoice in order to process any warranty claim. Warranty approvals are at the discretion of the manufacturer/supplier.
Electronic Equipment
Electronic equipment is forwarded to the relevant service agent. This can be arranged for most equipment. Contact us for information on repairs for keyboards and other bulky items as due to freight issues we now recommend arranging your own repairs with our approved service agents. We will continue to arrange warranty repairs for all equipment including keyboards and bulky items.
Guitars are serviced and repaired by our in-house guitar technician Dave Scotland. Setups, servicing and all repairs can be arranged.
Brass & Woodwind
Brass & Woodwind are forwarded to one of our network of expert technicians depending on the instrument. Contact us for specific information.
Faulty Computer components will be forwarded to the relevant service centre or exchanged at our discretion.
Computer modifications or servicing can be carried out by appointment only, currently at a rate of $66 ph incl GST; see our Computer Support page
