Coronavirus Update

COVID-19 - an update to our customers from Turramurra Music. Updated 05/04/2021.

We are continuing to monitor the current COVID-19 situation on a regular basis and follow the advice of government and health officials.

Our retail store is remain open for those that wish to visit us in person. Customers may also wish to ordering online or via email / phone.



To protect the health of our staff and customers and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented several measures including:

  • Recommending that customers wear facemasks in store, as per ongoing NSW Health recommendations
  • Requiring all customers entering the store to sign in using the QR codes provided at the entry
  • Requiring customers to use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry to the store and prior to trying any products in store (e.g. guitars, keyboards)
  • Offering contactless driveway pickup options by request
  • Temporarily restricting the demonstration of all microphones and brass & woodwind instruments until further notice
  • Requesting that customers minimise the amount of time spent in store and demonstrating instruments (max 15 minutes)
  • Regularly disinfecting key areas including hand rails, door handles, phones, work surfaces and other common areas


Please do not come in if you:
  • Are feeling unwell 
  • Are awaiting Covid test results
  • Have recently been in contact with anyone diagnosed with coronavirus
  • Have recently been at a known Covid case location  

Stock Availability: Due to factory shutdowns, shipping impacts and many other factors out of our control, the availability of many key products has been significantly impacted. Our staff will do their best to give you information, however many of our suppliers are unable to provide ETA information as arrival timeframes are being impacted by frequent changes in restrictions.
