COVID-19 - an update to our customers from Turramurra Music. Updated 25/08/2021.
We are continuing to monitor the escalating COVID-19 situation and are following the advice of government and health officials. Due to the restrictions announced by NSW Health we have had to make several changes to our operations.
Store front is closed - driveway 'click and collect' pickup operating:
Unfortunately we are no longer able to allow customers to enter the store. The front of our store is closed until further notice. We are able to fulfill pre-arranged 'click and collect' orders through contactless driveway pickup for local customers only (who live in the Ku-ring-gai LGA or within 5km of our store). If you do not live within this area you cannot visit us - please use one of our many fast shipping options. If your order is urgent we can arrange a same day courier service (charges apply) - please contact us to arrange. Sadly we are not able to let customers try out any gear at this time, or facilitate any face to face enquiries.

All orders must be done online, via email or via phone. Customers are not allowed to enter the store at any time.
Our store remains open for order shipping, and for pre-arranged 'click and collect' order collection only via contactless Driveway Pickup. Customers are not able to enter our store at the moment. Orders must be placed via our website or over the phone and we are unable to take cash payments at this time. Please do not visit us even for 'click and collect' if you live outside the Ku-ring-gai LGA or a 5km radius of the store as per government health orders.
