The Maton SRS60C is a premium acoustic/electric guitar built for the rigours of the road. It features all solid construction with Queensland Maple back and sides with an 'A' Grade Sitka Spruce Top Queensland Maple Neck producing a powerful and bright tone. The Maton SRS60C comes with the Maton AP5 Pickup System, which has become the benchmark for live acoustic sound over the last decade.
With improved body construction, bracing patterns and neck geometry, Maton acoustic guitars product stunning results. The SRS60C's top and back is able to resonate more freely, achieving a huge dynamic range. Improved neck/body geometry results in a neck that is easier to play. Difficult chord shapes and complex single note runs are easier to execute and increased tonal response improves acoustic projection. A bone nut and saddle ensure maximum tone and sustain.
These recent improved production methods from Maton have made it possible to produce stunning all solid timber guitars with benefits to both playability and tone.
The SRS60C is finished in Maton's tuned Satin pre-catalysed Nitro finish.
