Black Friday 2025 Price Protection Offer

Valid from November 1 2025, to November 27 2025

This year, leading up to Black Friday 2025, we are excited to offer price protection on all products purchased at Turra Music from November 1 to November 27 2025. If the product you purchased from us during this time is discounted during our Black Friday 2025 Sale, simply contact us and we will provide you with a store credit for the price difference. 
No more waiting and wondering if that guitar or synth you’ve been eyeing will be on sale—you can shop now with confidence that you will get the best deal!

Example:

  • If you purchase a Synth between November 1 and November 27 2025, for $3,999 and it is discounted to $3,499 during our Black Friday Promotion, we will credit the difference of $500 to your Turramurra Music account, which you can use towards your next purchase.

How to Claim Your Price Protection Credit:

  1. Check our website during the Black Friday promotion to see if your purchased item (between November 1 and November 27 2025) has been discounted.
  2. Contact your Salesperson (or onlinesales@turramusic.com.au) and provide the following details:
    • Item(s) that were discounted.
    • Your Invoice Number.
  3. Leave the rest to us! We will send you a store credit.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Price protection applies only to orders placed in-store or online at Turramurra Music between November 1 and November 27 2025.
  • The Black Friday Sale Period is defined as Friday November 28 2025, 12:00 AM to Monday December 1 2025, 11:59 PM.
  • To claim your account credit, you must contact your salesperson and provide product details and invoice number no later than December 7 2025
  • Orders must be finalized and paid in full to be eligible for price protection.
  • Successful claims will result in a store credit being provided to you which can be used for future purchases at Turramurra Music.
  • Credit is valid for 12 months from the successful claim date and can only be used for products or services offered by Turramurra Music. Credits are non-refundable.
  • All claims are subject to Turramurra Music’s discretion, and we reserve the right to make final decisions on all claims.
  • Account Credit Calculation: Credit is calculated as the full price paid (between November 1–27, 2025) minus the sale price during the Black Friday Sale Period.
  • New Stock Only: Price protection applies only to new stock from Turramurra Music. The price difference will be calculated on like-for-like products.
  • Exclusions: B-Stock and Second-Hand/Pre-Owned items are not eligible for price protection.
  • Processing Time: We aim to process claims within five business days of receiving your request.
  • Right to Change: Turramurra Music reserves the right to withdraw or modify the Black Friday Price Protection offer and its terms at any time without prior notice.
