The Sennheiser ADP UHF is a passive directional antenna designed to improve the reception, range and reliability of professional wireless microphone systems. By focusing reception towards the stage or performance area while rejecting unwanted RF arriving from behind the antenna, it can help deliver a cleaner and more dependable wireless signal in demanding venues.
Covering the wide 470–1075MHz UHF range, the ADP UHF is ideal for Sennheiser EW-D, EW-DX and other common systems and can be connected to an individual receiver, EW-D ASA antenna splitter or EW-D AB antenna booster using 50Ω coaxial antenna cable. The ADP UHF is also suitable as a directional transmit for IEM systems including the Sennheiser ewIEM.
With approximately 100° of coverage and a typical gain of 5dBi, the ADP UHF provides useful directional performance without requiring power. Integrated 3/8" and 5/8" threads allow it to be mounted easily on a standard microphone stand for flexible positioning.
