MXR

MXR is an American effects pedal brand founded in 1972 (incorporated in 1974) in New York. Originally an audio repair shop ("Audio Services"), they gained fame for creating durable, high-quality, and compact analog pedals like the Phase 90, Dyna Comp, and Distortion+. Pedals such as the Carbon Copy® Analog Delay, Custom Badass ’78 Distortion, and Smart Gate® Noise Gate have all become modern classics.
