Polyend has designed this floor–based performance instrument around eight tracks of simultaneous audio looping and drum programming, controlled entirely by foot. The Loop combines a comprehensive drum machine with real–time looping in a single pedal enclosure, letting guitarists, bassists, and synth players build complete arrangements hands-free during live performance. Four custom synth engines–ACD, FAT, VAP, and WTFM–deliver sounds developed specifically for this hardware, while the PERC drum synth engine provides seven customisable drum voices per kit for electronic and acoustic percussion programming.
The sequencer expands to 16 tracks in Song Mode, with eight additional MIDI and synth tracks available beyond the core looping channels. USB connectivity includes 14 stereo tracks of audio streaming and full MIDI implementation, enabling direct multi–track recording into a DAW or integration with modular and hardware synthesiser rigs. The synth editor provides complete parameter control over sound design, supported by enhanced mixer functions for balancing engine outputs. USB Mass Storage Device compatibility allows direct file transfer and management between the pedal and a computer without proprietary software. Battery operation extends to eight hours per charge, and a protective travel case ships with the unit for transport between rehearsals and gigs.
