Dedicated technical support is available at our discretion for customers who have purchased Computer Hardware or Software from us.

If you require technical support on a product that you have recently purchased from Turramurra Music please contact us.

Please note:

1. Customer support is provided during business hours on weekdays, with response timeframes subject to staff availability

2. Customers must contact us (preferably via email) and provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase with either invoice or docket number
  • Details of the issue with as much information relating to the problem as possible

3. Some technical problems cannot be resolved remotely. Charges may be applicable if in store or on-site support is required. Contact us for pricing and to arrange an appointment.
